Senior Business Analyst (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Analysis

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with stakeholders

Produce clear artifacts (BRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows)

Translate business needs into actionable requirements for technical teams

Ensure solutions align with business goals

Delivery & Implementation Support

Support delivery teams by clarifying requirements and tracking requirement status

Contribute to backlog refinement and planning discussions

Provide documentation and analysis support during implementation

Gather feedback on delivered solutions for continuous improvement

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

Act as liaison between business and technical teams

Facilitate requirement discussions and ensure shared understanding

Support stakeholder communication related to requirements and solutions

Tools & Documentation

Use JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office for requirements and documentation

Create process and system diagrams using Lucidchart, Miro, Draw.io, or Visio

Maintain organized documentation across the project lifecycle



Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Information Systems, or a related field

At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams in cross-functional environments

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience in the gaming industry is a plus
