Job Responsibility

1. Mandarin Content Leadership & Quality Control

Serve as the final Quality Control (QC) authority for all Mandarin content before publication.

Ensure accuracy, tone consistency, brand alignment, and cultural relevance.

Maintain and evolve Mandarin brand voice guidelines.

2. Strategic Content Creation

Lead the planning, angle development, and writing of high-impact Mandarin articles and social posts.

Craft compelling narratives tailored to Chinese investors, agents, and cross-border property buyers.

Align content with campaign objectives and growth initiatives.

3. Chinese Platform Ownership

Oversee content performance and consistency across:

WeChat Official Account

Company Website

XiaoHongShu (XHS)

Maintain consistent publishing cadence and optimize content based on engagement insights.

Identify new content opportunities within the Chinese digital ecosystem.

4. Freelance & Resource Management

Manage external freelance writers and translators during peak periods.

Prepare clear briefs, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely delivery.

Provide structured feedback to continuously improve output quality.

5. Cross-Market Collaboration

Work closely with the different teams to align Mandarin content with global campaigns.

Support ad-hoc English tasks such as report translation, proofreading, and simple copywriting when required.

Bridge Chinese-market nuances with global brand positioning.



Requirements

3+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Copywriting, Journalism, or a related field.

Strong understanding of SEO and digital content strategy.

Knowledge of content marketing best practices on WeChat and XiaoHongShu (XHS) will be an added advantage.

Ability to balance brand storytelling with performance objectives.

Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
