Job Description

Senior Credit Management Executive

Oversee the end-to-end credit and risk management lifecycle, from the initial creation of credit applications to the final execution of facility documentation (Issuance Letter Offer/Agreement/Guarantor & Indemnity Agreement/Supplementary Letter of offer/Letter Undertaking & etc ). Manage the disbursement process, ensure rigorous security document housekeeping, and maintain full compliance with internal and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities: -

Credit Analysis & Risk Assessment

Perform financial and credit analysis on proposed credit facilities, including assessment of financial statements, cash flows, repayment capacity, and collateral adequacy.

Evaluate loan applications, credit lines, and other financial products to determine their viability and potentials risks, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Act as a primary liaison for clients to gather financial data, provide expert guidance on credit matters, and negotiate facility terms and conditions.

Review and prepare risk recommendations for credit proposals exceeding delegated limits, non-standard structures, or higher-risk cases for escalation to Credit Committee.

Incorporate AML/CFT considerations, internal checklists, and control requirements into credit assessments and approvals.

Pre-Disbursement Stage – Preparation credit facilities documentation and follow up:

Prepare and ensure letter of offer and standard credit facility legal documentation are in order, ensuring all terms accurately reflect the approved credit structure;

Check and ensure all legal documentation executed are in order prior to drawdown;

Proactively collaborate with sales teams, dealers, and solicitors to expedite the completion of documentation and fulfill all Conditions Precedent for drawdown.

Disbursement

Check and ensures all legal documentation from relevant parties are in order prior to propose for disbursement.

Confirm that all prerequisite conditions have been satisfied to safeguard the institution's interests during the funding phase.

Post Disbursement

Completion of loan legal documentation, ie completion of Facility Agreement, stamping and ensure agreement served to customer within required timeframe;

Manage the completion of security envelopes and perform consistent follow-ups on outstanding documents or post-drawdown compliance requirements.

Custodian of security documents

Ensures security documents (i.e. security envelope) are kept in safe.

Ensures movement of security documents are properly registered and follow up timely on returning of the said documents.

Due Diligence & KYC (Know Your Customer)

Conduct background checks on the "Customer" (the companies that owe your client money) to ensure they are creditworthy and have a clean payment history.

Perform physical site visits to the client’s office or factory to verify the existence of the business and the goods being sold.

Reporting – To ensure any periodic reports are timely completed as instructed.

To undertake any other assignment that may be assigned from time-to-time by the management.



Requirements: -

• Applicants must have Diploma or Degree in Banking or Finance / Business Administration or related field.

• Applicants with minimum 3 years of working experience in bank or credit companies will be an added advantage.

• Good understanding of credit risk, security valuation, and legal documentation.

• Good judgement, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

• Preferably candidates with experience in handling factoring documentation and disbursement.

• Meticulous, committed, possess good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with people at all levels.

Senior Credit Administration Executive

Job Summary

You will be responsible for the execution and oversight of all disbursement activities, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and approval frameworks. The role requires hands-on management to maintain accuracy and high standards of client service.

We are looking for a proactive, committed team player who takes ownership of their tasks and is eager to learn and develop within the organization. Flexibility to be transferred across departments to gain new skills and experiences is important.

Candidates with in-depth project financing experience will have an advantage, as this role offers opportunities to apply specialized knowledge in managing complex financial disbursements.

Ensure all conditions precedent and disbursement conditions are met before submitting disbursement proposals for final approval.

Manage the end-to-end data entry and verification process within the invoice/project financing system, ensuring 100% accuracy and completeness of all transaction details.

Apply specialized knowledge to manage the complexities of project-based disbursements, ensuring specialized terms are met.

Review and validate applications for the issuance of factoring invoices and related financial instruments.

Take full accountability for disbursement expenditures and Credit Administration to ensure optimal budget utilization.

Prepare comprehensive disbursement reports and monitor budget allocations to provide management with clear visibility into capital flow.

Lead the response to all audit inquiries related to disbursements, ensuring timely, accurate, and transparent documentation for internal and external auditors.

Conduct final reviews of security documentation to ensure all collateral and legal requirements align with approved terms and conditions.

Regularly review and update disbursement SOPs to reflect current best practices and regulatory shifts.

Communicate effectively by promptly addressing client queries and coordinating with financial institutions, clients, and relevant authorities to support client satisfaction and smooth operations.

Review and validate applications and documentation for issuing Factoring invoices and related documents.

Perform data entry and verification in the financing system to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Review and update disbursement procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regularly.

Demonstrate a collaborative and team-oriented approach to support overall department goals and ensure smooth operations.

Assist the Chief Operating Officer by ensuring timely and efficient follow-up on all disbursement matters, while proactively handling any ad-hoc tasks as they arise. Flexibility and readiness to take on these additional responsibilities are essential to support the team effectively.

Job requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business Management or Diploma/degree in Banking

Applicants with minimum 3 years of working experience in bank or credit companies will be an added advantage.

Must have time management skills with ability to multitasking.

Preferably candidates with experience in handling factoring documentation and disbursement.

Must have the ability to work both collaboratively and independently and to perform affectively under tight deadlines.
