To plan, supervise and monitor the day-to-day activities of the operation and maintenance (O&M) services.

To plan, monitor and supervise overall implementation of project in compliance of technical specification and authority’s requirements.

To plan, supervise and monitor all allocation of resources for the quality implementation of the O&M Services.

To prepare technical and price proposal for site.

To plan, supervise and monitor the implementation and development of works related to Operation & Maintenance Services.

To plan, supervise and monitor all operational unit at site.

To assist in the preparation of technical and price proposal for quotation and tender bids.

To conduct on building health check for existing and new contract.

Assist the Senior Engineer on the management of all business unit functions.

Identification and assist in achievement of all business unit missions and objectives.

Development of plans and policies for the execution of all business unit.

Responsible in the enforcement of the Safety & Emergency Action Plans.

Preparation of monthly report inclusive of the performance.

To maintain and implement work quality in line with ISO standard.

Ensure availability of tools and spare parts required for O&M and other projects.

Any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior or management representative.

KEY CHALLENGES:

Adopting the best practice technique to be more cost effective and technically efficient

Ensure project completion within the time frame given.

Liaison and coordination work with other parties to ensure on operational in accordance of requirements.

Assist in securing additional works and remain competitive in the market.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in Facilities Management (Should have a few years of experience in Facility Management (FM), the rest of the engineering background is acceptable.)

Strong background in building maintenance, M&E, and vendor coordination

Able to work independently and manage daily operations effectively
