📅 Manage the full event marketing journey — from concept to post-event insights
💬 Communicate confidently with clients, vendors and stakeholders
📊 Analyse market trends and performance data to optimise campaigns
🎨 Oversee digital & print marketing materials (social media, ads, EDMs, brochures, etc.)
💰 Manage budgets and track KPIs like a pro
📈 Present insights and results to management with confidence

🔎 Who We’re Looking For
✔️ Minimum 5 years’ experience in event marketing (events industry preferred)
✔️ Strong communicator with excellent client management skills
✔️ Analytical thinker who loves making data-driven decisions
✔️ Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken & written) — essential for Mandarin-speaking clients
✔️ Proven track record of successful event marketing campaigns
✔️ Familiar with event software & digital marketing tools
✔️ Highly organised, detail-oriented & able to handle pressure
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
