Senior Executive Business Development

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth in recycled plastic materials.

Identify and engage potential customers in industries such as manufacturing, packaging, logistics, and plastic processing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.

Promote recycled plastic products and provide product knowledge and solutions to support customers’ purchasing decisions.

Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and ESG-driven demand for sustainable materials.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s presence locally and internationally.

Prepare sales reports, market insights, and forecasts to support strategic planning.

Work closely with internal teams including procurement, logistics, warehouse, and production to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: RM6,000 – RM10,000 (depending on experience)

Sales Commission / Incentive Scheme based on revenue performance

Travel allowance and business-related expenses claimable

Annual performance bonus (based on company and individual performance)

Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in recycled plastics, sustainable materials, or industrial products.

Strong knowledge of plastic recycling, sustainable materials, and circular economy concepts.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to lead a team and manage multiple accounts.

Willing to travel locally and internationally as required.
