Job Description

A. Training & Development
Lead the annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) process in collaboration with Department Heads.

Develop annual training plans and budgets for management approval.

Coordinate internal and external training programmes, including vendor sourcing, registration, logistics, and attendance tracking.

Monitor training effectiveness and prepare training ROI/impact analysis.

Maintain up-to-date training records for audit and ISO requirements.

B. Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture
Plan and execute the company’s employee engagement calendar, including events, CSR activities, and internal communication initiatives.

Conduct engagement surveys, analyse results, and propose improvement actions.

Promote company culture aligned with values, performance, and teamwork.

Support wellness, recognition, and retention programmes.

C. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for non‑executive and executive-level positions (job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and job offers).

Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and assimilation for new hires.

Maintain recruitment dashboards, talent pipelines, and records.

D. Industrial Relations (IR) Support
Monitor employee discipline, attendance issues, and misconduct cases.

Prepare HR documentation such as show-cause letters, warning letters, and memo notices.

Assist in fact-finding, domestic inquiries, and case documentation in accordance with the Employment Act.

Maintain IR records and support the Head of HR in handling employee grievances and disputes.

E. HR Operations & Administration
Ensure HR administrative functions including personal files, HRIS updates, employee records, and documentation accuracy.

Assist in HR reporting, KPI tracking, and dashboard updates.

Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO requirements, and Malaysian labour laws.
