SENIOR EXECUTIVE - TRANSFORMATION

Responsibilities:

Support the planning, development, and delivery of IWK's Transformation and sustainability Program including internal service improvement, infrastructure modernization, financial efficiency initiatives and organizational reconfiguration.

Assist in the delivery of change management activities that ensure IWK's services are continuously evolving to remain strategically, financially and operationally sustainable.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Sustainability Environmental Management or related field from recognize university.

8 years experience with 4-6 years experience in Corporate Planning, Business Transformation, Sustainability, or Change Management.

Demonstrated experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis, particularly in transformation or ESG related projects is an added advantage.

Strong MS Excel and Power Point skills.

Result driven, hands-on, proactive and self-motivated.

Organization and prioritization skills with attention to details.

Good interpersonal and communication skill with all levels of staff.
