Senior Executive,Quality Assurance

What you'll be doing
-Developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance programs to monitor and improve product quality
-Conducting regular inspections, testing, and audits to identify and address quality issues
-Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
-Analysing data and generating reports to track quality performance and drive continuous improvement
-Providing training and guidance to production and operations staff on quality best practices
-Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices in quality assurance
-Identifying opportunities for process optimisation and contributing to the development of quality-focused initiatives

What we're looking for
-Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry
-Strong understanding of quality management systems, statistical process control, and lean manufacturing principles
-Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, and root cause investigation
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
-Ability to work independently and lead quality assurance projects from start to finish
-Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
