About the Opportunity: Drive Business Performance Through Financial Insights
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Senior FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, performance reporting, and strategic decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, uncovering business insights, and translating complex financial information into actionable recommendations.
You will play a key role in management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance evaluation. This is not purely a reporting role, we are looking for someone who can think critically, challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, and partner closely with stakeholders to drive business performance and operational efficiency.

FP&A & Management Reporting Experience: You have 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, finance analysis, management reporting, or commercial finance roles. Big 4 experience are preferred.
Strong Analytical Mindset: You enjoy working with numbers, investigating trends, reconciling data, and uncovering meaningful business insights.
Advanced Excel & Financial Modeling Skills: You are highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and comfortable building financial models and analysis frameworks.
Business Partnering & Communication Skills: You can communicate financial findings clearly and collaborate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Ownership & Accountability: You work independently, take initiative, and proactively follow through on issues until resolution.
Detail-Oriented Problem Solver: You can work with complex datasets, identify discrepancies, and improve reporting accuracy and reliability.
Key Responsibilities: Your Core Mission
1. Management Reporting & Business Analysis (40%)
Prepare and deliver accurate, timely management reports based on business and leadership requirements.
Perform variance analysis on revenue, profitability, operational costs, merchant fees, and key business drivers.
Monitor business performance trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
Analyze operational KPIs, FX gain/loss, and profitability metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
2. Financial Planning & Strategic Support (30%)
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across business units.
Conduct business performance and unit economics analysis to evaluate profitability and efficiency.
Assist management with strategic planning initiatives and performance reviews.
Prepare financial presentations, business summaries, and decision-support materials for leadership.
3. Data Validation & Reporting Accuracy (15%)
Validate financial and operational data across multiple systems and data sources.
Investigate reporting discrepancies, abnormal movements, and unreconciled balances.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure reporting completeness and accuracy.
Improve reporting reliability when dealing with complex or incomplete datasets.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Process Improvement (15%)
Partner closely with Accounting, Operations, Marketing, Commercial, and Management teams.
Translate business requirements into meaningful reports, dashboards, and analysis.
Drive continuous improvement of reporting frameworks, templates, and financial processes.
Support reporting automation, standardization, and scalability initiatives.
Technical & Cultural Requirements
Financial Expertise: Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L analysis, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Advanced Tools & Reporting Skills: Highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with financial modeling and reporting automation is preferred.
Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Strong reconciliation skills with the ability to identify trends, anomalies, and business drivers.
Independent & Proactive: Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining strong ownership and accountability.
