Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
-Proficiency in good verbal and written of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in HR and Administration.
-Good knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
-Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.
-A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-High integrity, people oriented and able to work well with employees across all levels of the organization.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing:
-Source candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events and employee referrals
-Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
-Conduct reference checks and background screening as needed
-Conduct induction training for new joiner
-Compile exit interview forms and conduct exits interviews feedback to understand reason for leaving
-Review each recruitment channel effectiveness and propose for improvement or new channel
-Maintain accurate candidate tracker according to the recruitment funnel process to ensure each applications received are processed accordingly
-Maintain accurate recruitment reports as per business needs
-Liaise with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely placement of staff.
-Maintain and update employee records and organizational charts
HR & Compliance:
-Ensure compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act, and other statutory requirements (EPF,SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, LHDN, etc.).
-Prepare and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
-Handle disciplinary matters, warning letters, and other HR documentation.
-Support payroll-related documentation (attendance, leave, claims) need to process payroll. no
Administration Support:
-Oversee general office administration including procurement of office supplies, maintenance, and service contracts.
-Handle company correspondences, filing systems, and record management.
-Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and government agencies when required.
-Assist in organizing company events, trainings, and staff engagement activities.
