Senior HR Executive - Batu Kawan

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
-Manage end-to-end hiring process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
-Develop hiring strategies to attract quality candidates
-Work with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines

2. HR Operations & Administration
-Handle employee records, contracts, payroll, and documentation
-Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations
-Manage attendance, leave, and employee data systems

3. Performance Management & KPI
-Assist in developing KPI and performance evaluation systems
-Track employee performance and support improvement plans
-Work with management to align team goals with company objectives

4. Team Development & Culture
-Support onboarding and training programs for new hires
-Build and maintain a positive and productive work culture
-Organize team engagement activities, team building activities and internal initiatives

5. Organizational Support
-Assist in structuring teams as the company scales
-Provide HR insights to support business growth and decision-making
-Identify gaps in manpower and propose solutions
