Senior HR Executive - Kota Kemuning

Job Responsibilities
-Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all levels, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
-Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals (JobStreet, Hiredly, LinkedIn), and universities for graduate recruitment.
-Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including calculation of salaries, overtime, allowances, and deductions. Administer statutory contributions: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRDF.
-Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering open communication.
-Assist in handling disciplinary matters, grievances, and misconduct investigations in line with company policy and the Malaysian Employment Act 1955.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel files and HR databases.
-Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations together with cooperated agent
-Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review

Candidate Profile
-Bachelor's Degree
-Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist or senior executive role.
