Senior HR Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

1. Knowledge in full spectrum of Human Resources (disciplinary, policies & procedures, training), payroll administration, ISO documentation, company asset and etc.

2. FOREIGN WORKER MANAGEMENT (PLKS): End-to-end recruitment, quota application, PLKS renewal, FOMEMA, and insurance.

3. ESD/EXPATRIATE VISA: Manage all work Employment Passes (EP I, Il, Ill), PVP, and Dependent Passes via the ESD Portal.

4. EXPERIENCE: 5+ years in HR (min. 3 years specializing in ESD & Foreign Worker Management).

REQUIREMENTS

1. Degree in Human Resources, Business/Admin or related.
2. Experience in ISO documentation/audit is an advantage.
3. Strong communication & organizational skills.
4. Able to: multitask, work independently & maintain confidentiality.
5. Language : Mandarin (to dealing with China Workers), English, Bahasa Melayu.
