Senior Human Resource Executive - Kota Kemuning

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
-Promote and maintain the company’s culture, values, and teamwork.
-Plan and organise training and development programs for key employees.
-Manage performance reviews, staff relations, and HR policy compliance.
-Supervise and guide the HR/Admin Assistant in handling daily HR tasks such as attendance, leave, and employee records.
-Support employee engagement and communication activities to improve team connection and morale.
-Work closely with management on people-related decisions and HR improvements.

Key Deliverables:
-Timely recruitment and smooth onboarding process.
-Annual staff training and development plan.
-Positive employee engagement and culture alignment.
-Proper and up-to-date HR documentation and compliance.

Ideal Candidate:
-Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a growing SME or manufacturing company.
-Strong people and communication skills — approachable, fair, and dependable.
-Able to handle both strategic and day-to-day HR work.
-Passionate about building a positive, growth-oriented workplace.
-Good knowledge of labour law, HR policies, and HRD Corp processes.
