Senior Logistics Executive (Based in Kota Damansara, PJ)

Responsibilities:
-Supervise and work closely with the respective Logistic colleagues to ensure the fulfilment for all delivery operations across regions.
-Ensure timely delivery of products in line with company standards and customer expectations.
-Monitor logistics KPIs such as delivery time, delivery accuracy, and customer feedback.
-Investigate and resolve delivery issues or delays quickly and effectively.
-Monitor Transporter Performance Scorecard. Prepare and present reports on delivery performance and improvement plans.
-Liaise with warehousing, procurement, sales, and shipping departments for smooth coordination.
-Compliance with the SOP guideline for all the validation of invoices from suppliers.
-Train, lead, and evaluate Logistic HQ Team and Warehouse Logistic Team.
-Supporting the logistic team for any technical problem arises from SAP system or Portal related.
-Ensure the logistic team to comply with laws, regulations and ISO 9001 requirements.
-Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and service quality.
-To support and carry out ad-hoc task, project and assignment given.
-Maintain a professional, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to delivery challenges and team collaboration.

Requirement:
-Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
-Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics or delivery operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role is an added advantage.
-Proficiency in MS Office & Excel and knowledge of SAP and Pivot Table will be an added advantage.
-Good communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
-Demonstrates reliability, integrity, and a willingness to go the extra mile to meet the goals set.
