Senior Maintenance Technician

What You’ll Do

-To ensure the production machines and equipment’s operate in smooth without major stoppage.

-To be fully responsible on the machine, attending breakdown, upgrading or modification.

-To be proactive, able to troubleshoot problems to prevent lose time or downtime.

-Do daily maintenance and update the checklist.

-Ensure to complete the plan maintenance, preventive maintenance.

-To learn and be competent to troubleshoot PLC systems.

-Assist the production technician during change over.

-To ensure spare parts are available and to highlight to the spare parts technicians on the requirements.

- Responsible to alert the Maintenance Leader, Executive or the Manager of any unusual occurrence and /or damage that have taken place or may occur.

-Responsible to complete all work orders.

-Repairs and maintains machinery such as motors, pumps, belts, and fans.

- Repairs and maintain mechanical equipment, including heating and air conditioning. Diagnose problems. Disassembles units, cleans, lubricates, repairs, and replaces part

-To be hands on, to work as a team and to help other Maintenance on Facilities, Boilers or WWTP as when as needed.

-To ensure full compliance according to KORE and SOP of the company.

-Strictly to compile to the safety rules and standards by CCBM.

-Ensure all PPE are used as requested and informed by CCBM Safety.

-Strictly to follow 5S standards, GMP and to maintain housekeeping at line and workshop.

-To perform any other additional tasks as and when requested by the Executive or Manager.

-Exercise responsible and professional behavior at all times and positively representing the Company.

-Ensure high standards of professional presentation and grooming.

-Be flexible in your job function and perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to you, including redeployment to other department/areas if required, in order to meet business demands and guest service needs.

-Respond to changes in the Supply Chain Function as dictated by industry and company.



What You Bring

-Diploma in Mechatronics/Electronics/Electrical/Industrial Engineering preferred.

-Minimum 3 years of experience handling maintenance.

-Able to read electrical or mechanical drawings.

-Experience in process engineering and PID.
