Senior Manager, Bancassurance, Penang (General Insurance)

What you'll be doing

Responsible for developing and servicing bank partners to achieve region sales target

Plan and execute local sales and marketing strategies, identify and secure new business opportunities from bank.

Continuously establish strong rapport and business relationships with bank partners

To train and develop skills of subordinates with general insurance and technical knowledge

Respond to various requests including ad hoc from customers/bank/HQ

What we're looking for

7 years and above of working experience in the general insurance industry under business development function

Good understanding of non-motor general insurance business

Experienced in leading a small team will be an added advantage
