Senior Manager

Requirements



Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
5+ years of experience in business banking or a related field
Proven ability in team management and leadership
Experience in hiring and building a strong team to fulfill headcount needs
A strong sales track record with exceptional client relationship skills
Required to visit client sites (must have own transport)
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Highly responsible, well-disciplined, and responsive
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Solid understanding of SME banking products, services, and business strategies
Analytical mindset to assess business performance and implement improvements




Responsibilities



Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve business targets and deliver exceptional service
Develop and execute strategies to grow the SME banking portfolio
Build and maintain relationships with SME clients to understand their needs and provide tailored banking solutions
Drive team sales performance while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to team members for professional growth
Monitor and report on business performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
