Senior Marketing Executive

💼 What you’ll do
-Develop and execute 360° marketing campaigns to strengthen brand equity and drive sales.
-Manage day-to-day brand operations including marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and product launches.
-Translate consumer insights and data into actionable marketing strategies and creative briefs.
-Collaborate closely with the creative, operations, and digital teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
-Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, ROI, and sales impact; generate post-mortem reports and recommendations.
-Support new store openings, seasonal activations, partnerships, and local store marketing initiatives.
-Maintain consistent brand voice and identity across all communication platforms.
-Stay ahead of market trends, competitor movements, and F&B innovations.
-Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and key brand partners.
-Any marketing related task/responsibilities.

👤 Who we’re looking for
-Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
-At least 2-4 years of working experience and above in the related field.
-Proven track record in campaign planning and execution.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with commercial awareness.
-Proficiency in marketing tools and brand management.
-Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
