Senior Officer, Quality Management

Job Description:
Receive MS Excel file from all Stores in Skype.
Print out damaged item list and send to QM Store for checking.
Pump file into the system.
Receive ARN from Stores and key in to excel system for record.
Follow up the tasks and reply all messages in Skype.
Key in data and do checking.
Check the emails of issue feedback.
Handle the quality issues received.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in any field of studies
At least 1 year experience in Quality Management is preferred
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Proficiency in Mandarin (Spoken) as the role is required to liaise with Mandarin speaking suppliers
Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel.
Good Communication skill
Have own transportation
Good in time management
Willing to learn new skill
