Senior Product Manager (FMCG)

📌Position: Senior Product Manager-Marketing

🕒Working Time: Mon – Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm

📍Location: One City, Subang Jaya

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

To prepare and develop marketing plan for the designated products, agencies and Principals in line with the Company as well as the Principal’s objectives

Work with Senior Management to create product & marketing plans

Lead Product Managers and coordinate cross functional team.

To identify the appropriate channels of distribution for each and every product line and draw up penetration strategies to gain their support

To gather market intelligence and market observation details to further understand the market trending towards assigned brands

To track and analyze brand performance and brand health through in market sales. Recommend corrective actions to address areas of concerns

Expand any market opportunities of assigned brand. i.e exhibition, e-commerce etc.

To maintain good public relationship with Principals as well as ensuring excellent customer relationship and rapport in order to achieve and maintain a high level of the Company’s image



📝 Requirements:

Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences (preferably in FMCG or wholesales industry)

Good communication skills and positive personality.

Good interpersonal skill, analytical and communication skills

Possess strong marketing knowledge and presentation skills

Experienced handle consumer brands

Able to work independently and under pressure

Willing to travel and work on weekends or public holidays when required
