Senior Production Planner

Job Descriptions:

Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules

Analyze customer demand, forecasts, and inventory levels

Ensure availability of raw materials and components

Coordinate with procurement to prevent material shortages

Monitor production progress and adjust schedules when necessary

Identify and resolve capacity constraints

Maintain accurate data in ERP/MRP systems

Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, production efficiency, and inventory turnover

Prepare production reports for management

Support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

2–4 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables required)

Experience with ERP/MRP systems

Knowledge of production processes and inventory management

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
