Senior Project Sales Executive

Job Description

1. To execute sales activities for the assigned accounts including servicing existing and potential clients, accounts collection, conveying product information and development, and to feedback weekly activities to superior in achieving sales target.

2. To assist superior/manager in sourcing for new business opportunity for new outlets, housing/commercial projects, new contacts of architects and developers in the effort to increase market coverage and penetrate into new accounts.

3. Responsible for debt collection and follow up for clients’ accounts condition in order to foster high standards of credit control in achieving collection target.

4. To gather market information such as competitor’s marketing plan and strategies, industry updates and provides feedback to superior/manager in order to keep abreast to market current development and activities.

5. To work closely with existing clients by providing prompt service to the customers, attend to customers’ inquiry and complaint, updating latest product information and to make customer calls and visits in order to build strong relationship and rapport with clients.

6. To work closely with other functional department including Customer Service Dept., Warehouse and FAD to ensure efficiency of sales order processing, timely delivery, credit control and special pricing and instructions.

7. To prepare or authorize assigned staff in preparation of Sales Quotation for customer or potential customer for closing sales or negotiation of sales price under the consent of superior/manager.

8. To work closely with Interior Designers to convey accurate project information, follow up on design validation by customers and endorsement of approved proposals for the purpose of project submission to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

9. To further assist superior/manager to segregate task given and to provide guidance to junior colleagues on job function, experience and product information in order to ensure effectiveness in sales force.

10. To perform other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.


Qualifications & experience

Degree / Diploma in Business or Marketing Management or any discipline.

Those without the above qualification must possess at least 2 years' relevant experience.

Relevant Working Experience:

Preferably with at least 1 year working experience

Knowledge in building materials industry is an added advantage

Relevant Competencies:

Able to communication in English, Malay and Mandarin language. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
