SENIOR PURCHASING EXECUTIVE

What you'll be doing
-Issue Purchase Order for all types of packaging material and additive for Malaysia shipment.
-To prepare delivery schedule for packaging material based on shipment vessel date to supplier.
-To ensure and follow up packaging material to arrive on time to support the production planning to fulfil the shipment.
-Liaise with supplier in any Quality issues and to follow on the replacement and ensure the material deliver in correct Spec’s.

What we're looking for
-Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a senior purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the Manufacturing industry.
-Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to secure favourable terms and conditions.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
-Proficient in the use of procurement software and data analysis tools.
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
-Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Bachelor's degree in any related field.
-Willing to work on alternative Saturdays (half day).
-Able to join immediately
