Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Executive - Bukit Minyak

What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities):
-Implement and maintain QA systems, SOPs, and quality documentation
-Monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene, GMP, and internal procedures
-Conduct routine inspections, audits, and corrective action follow-ups
-Manage product quality records, traceability, and non-conformance reports
-Coordinate customer, internal, and regulatory audits (including ethical sourcing where applicable)
-Support training on food safety, hygiene, and quality procedures
-Investigate quality issues and work with production to implement corrective and preventive actions
-Ensure proper documentation control and record retention
-Support continuous improvement initiatives

What do we need from you (Job Requirements):
-Diploma / Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Management, or related field
-Minimum 2–4 years’ QA experience in food manufacturing
-Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety, and quality systems
-Ability to communicate in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
