Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and tender documents.
Manage the tendering process, including evaluation and recommendation of subcontractors.
Prepare and assess progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
Monitor project budgets and ensure effective cost control.
Administer construction contracts and resolve contractual matters.
Negotiate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Prepare project cost reports and financial forecasts.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company procedures.
Support project teams in commercial and contractual matters.
