Senior Quantity Surveyor

Manage the contracts admin functions to ensure timely operations of development projects and the compliance of contracts’ terms and conditions.

Review tender documents and contracts to ensure its compliance with the law as well as with technical requirements and specifications.

Supervise the preparation of contract documents eg. Letter of acceptance, instructions for tender, forms of tender, forms of agreement, conditions of contracts, specifications and bills of quantities accurately and correctly.

Ensure regular work-in progress inspections, prior to verifying claims by consultants, Business Unit Head, contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that the workmanship and materials used conform to specifications.

Prepare progress reports on contractual aspects of the projects for management review.
