Senior Recruitment Consultant

What you'll do:
Business Development

Build, expand, and manage a portfolio of clients while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing accounts.

Respond to client inquiries, understand the hiring requirements, and deliver effective end-to-end recruitment solutions.

Candidate Management

Source, assess, and identify suitable candidates; provide guidance from application support, interview coordination, and offer negotiation until successful onboarding.



What We're Looking For:
3 years above of experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency.

Demonstrated capability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
