Job Description

MUST HAVE:

Solid contributor

⁠Strong experience in DISTRIBUTOR MANAGEMENT

⁠Data centric (not old school type) & strong biz acumen

⁠Experienced people leader, achieve numbers, down to earth, walk the talk in trade

Major Responsibilities

Business Management

Deliver business KPI including Net Sales, GTN, Distribution and Campaign execution targets

Responsible for operating plans, annual budget and current year latest forecasts to ensure continuous short and long term strategic planning for the market.

Manage both IDT WM operations through system, procedures and effective people management.

Through using data and work with customer marketing team in identifying business insights and opportunities for the respective areas and RE, and develop strategy and short-term and long-term plan to capture the business opportunities

Ensure the team is executing 5P Plan effectively at the local level, which build customer engagement and shopper conversion to purchase.

Improve the brand presence and relevance by influencing Customer Marketing and POSM development.

Enforce policies, procedures and controls to effectively manage the business.

Comply with reporting requirements and supervise the submission of all needed forms or reports, accurately and on time.

Proactively seek way to improve field execution excellence, and operation efficiency and effectiveness

Improve customer engagement with top retailers from each region to ensure continue to unlock business opportunity with better collaborations.

Distributor Management

Active engagement with distributors’ top management and key personnel in order to maximize the local support for H&H business.

Monitor the ongoing business and conduct periodic review with key stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Manage trade inventory within desirable levels (IDT: 30-35 days) and improve the stock turnover

Sales Forecasting

Lead the team in the sales forecasting process

Identify potential major fluctuation and manage through close collaboration with Sales Planning and Operation Team and Supply Chain

Work with Customer Marketing Team for promotion and display forecasting

RGM Spending Management

Manage the assigned Gross-To-Net (GTN) spending budget in delivering healthy business growth

Proactively look for spending efficiency improvement and Average Selling Price (ASP) growth

Delivery effective Revenue Growth Management (RGM)

Qualification/Experience

University Degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines

10-15 years+ experience in sales distribution management and key account management from FMCG business

Hands-on knowledge and experience in sales operation management in traditional trade, independent supermarket and distributor

Computer literate with Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Words

ENGLISH AND MANDARIN MANDATORY to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
