Senior Retail Assistant (Bathroom Accessories)

Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers, understand their needs, and provide product demonstrations to help them make informed purchasing decisions.

Maintain a clean, organized showroom, assist with product displays, and ensure inventory is stocked to create an inviting shopping experience.

Able to work on weekends with weekday off days.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail sales or customer service environment.

Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (spoken and written).

Experience and confidence in communicating with customers.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
