Job Description

Job Specifications:

1. Sales & Leasing Management
-Manage the end-to-end sales and leasing process for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
-Achieve individual and departmental sales targets and leasing KPIs as established by management.
-Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with clients and agents.
-Prepare, review, and follow up on all sales and leasing documentation such as Letter of Offer, Tenancy Agreement, and Sales & Purchase Agreement.
-Work closely with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth transaction completion and client handover.

2. Client Relationship Management
-Develop and sustain strong professional relationships with buyers, tenants, agents, and corporate clients.
-Provide personalized support, property advice, and post-sale or post-lease services to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
-Maintain and update the client database to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

3. Marketing & Promotion Support
-Collaborate with the Marketing Department to design and execute property marketing campaigns and events.
-Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional activities to enhance project visibility and generate leads.
-Provide feedback and suggestions to improve marketing materials, promotional tools, and sales strategies.
-Ensure property listings and marketing collaterals are kept accurate, consistent, and up to date.

4. Reporting & Coordination
-Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales and leasing performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
-Coordinate with internal departments for payment collection, document processing, and project updates.
-Support the management in compiling sales forecasts, occupancy reports, and client feedback analysis.

5. Market Intelligence & Strategy
-Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
-Advise management on pricing strategies, product positioning, and emerging customer preferences.
-Monitor property market regulations and provide insights on market trends and consumer behaviour.

6. Additional Ad Hoc Tasks
-Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager and Management team in executing any special assignments, projects, or company initiatives as required.
-Support the organization during corporate events, project launches, client visits, and CSR activities.
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams for operational and administrative matters related to property sales or leasing.
-Participate in internal meetings, training sessions, and inter-departmental collaboration activities.
-Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time to ensure smooth departmental operations and business continuity.
