Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support
-Assist the sales team in sales documentation.
-Coordinate and process customer orders for safety boxes and related security products.
-Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information in the system.
-Follow up with customers on quotations and order confirmations.

2. Customer Coordination
-Act as the point of contact between customers and the sales team.
-Handle customer enquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
-Provide timely responses to customer requests and ensure high service standards.

3. Order Processing & Documentation
-Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and related documents.
-Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
-Ensure all documentation is properly filed and recorded.

4. Sales Administration
-Support sales reporting and prepare periodic sales reports for management.
-Monitor order status and update sales team on progress.
-Assist in maintaining product price lists, catalogues, and marketing materials.

5. Coordination with Internal Teams
-Work closely with production, warehouse, logistics, and finance departments.
-Ensure proper communication regarding order fulfillment and delivery arrangements.
-Assist in resolving order discrepancies or delivery issues.

6. Other Duties
-Support sales events, exhibitions, or product demonstrations when required.
-Perform other administrative or coordination duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements
Education
-Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Experience
-1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or customer service.
-Experience in security products, safety boxes, or hardware industry is an advantage.

Skills
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
