Senior Sales Executive (Property Development) - Sepang

What You’ll Be Responsible For
-Manage sales of assigned projects in accordance with company policies and sales targets.
-Track sales progress to ensure timely closing and accurate documentation.
-Advise customers on property purchases, including loan and legal matters.
-Handle sales inquiries, walk-in customers, and online leads professionally.
-Coordinate property handover and provide after-sales support.
-Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
-Participate in sales launches, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
-Work independently while contributing effectively as a team player.
-Ensure show units are well maintained and presentable at all times.

What We’re Looking For
-Diploma in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
-Min 3 years of working experience in property sales and marketing, preferably within the property development industry.
-Able and willing to travel to the headquarters in Desa Petaling when required.
-Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Knowledge of property-related statutory requirements and procedures is an added advantage.
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
