Senior Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Supply Chain Leadership: Lead daily operations to ensure material On-Time Delivery (OTD), inventory accuracy, supplier reliability, and cost competitiveness. Drive a "Quality First, OTD second, Efficiency third" culture.

Global Procurement & Supplier Management: Manage sourcing and negotiations for direct and indirect materials across a global supplier base (US, Europe, Asia). Take ownership of supplier selection, contract negotiations, and risk mitigation.

Team Stabilization & Growth: Stabilize a growing team that has experienced turnover. Build, coach, and retain a high-performing supply chain team. Provide clear direction and restore responsiveness and accountability.

Inventory & Materials Management: Own inventory performance (Material Turnover / MTPT) and ensure ERP (Oracle) data integrity. Implement controls to prevent discrepancies in pricing, UOM, and transactions.

Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with global supply chain counterparts in Europe and Australia to align on best practices, dual sourcing strategies, and supply risk mitigation.

Requirements
Industry Expertise: Minimum 5–10 years of experience specifically within Electronics Manufacturing.

Technical Knowledge: Proven experience managing microchips and electronic components is mandatory. Exposure to plastics or injection molding is a strong advantage.

Leadership Depth: At least 5 years in a significant leadership role, with a proven track record of building, stabilizing, and developing high-performing teams.

Strategic Negotiation: Demonstrated ability to manage complex global supply risks, lead aggressive cost-reduction initiatives, and negotiate effectively under inflation and shortage conditions.

Systems & Language: Proficient in ERP systems (Oracle preferred). Fluent in English and Bahasa. Multilingual proficiency is a significant advantage for collaborating with global & Asia suppliers.
