Senior Tender Executive/Estimator for Electrical (ELV & ACMV services.)

- Manage and reply to tender invitation via email and other means.
- Re-tender exercise: preparation of Earnest money, Tender deposit, etc.
- Arranging for receival of tender documents.
- Tender documents comprehension and summary
- Request for Quote for multiple trades as required.
- Conversion of PDF copy to excel copy with formula.
- Quantity Tabulation of floor detail drawings
- Estimation of price entry and Inking of BQ
- Inking of technical data and schedule of unit rates, and other related schedules.
- Preparing Other supporting docs like Value engineering, Variator Orders, etc.
- Attending tender interview and revising BQ for submission
- Handover exercise to project team upon award.

Requirments:
- At least 3years experience in similar field
- Compulsory efficient in Excel and Word document.
- Compulsory Basic understanding of electrical, ELV and ACMV works.
- Ability to read and edit AutoCAD is advantage.
- Good self-discipline and able to work overtime if the need arises.
- Possesses own transport
- Good management skills is an advantage.
