Senior Trade Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Develop and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with brand and sales objectives

Localize global brand initiatives for various channels and customers

Define and deploy channel-specific plans to drive distribution, visibility, and market share

Plan, execute, and evaluate promotional campaigns (price-offs, bundling, contests, etc.)

Collaborate with brand and sales teams to ensure 360° alignment

Track performance and ROI of trade activities

Define planogram guidelines and POSM usage across channels

Work closely with the sales and merchandiser teams to ensure retail execution excellence

Oversee merchandising standards, displays, and POSM effectiveness

Requirement:

7–10 years in FMCG Trade Marketing, with at least 5 years in a manager role

Strong project management and execution focus

Analytical, creative, and commercially driven

Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership
