Job Description

岗位要求：
1、跟随部门共同负责公司网站面向主流搜索引擎的自然结果排名优化，提高网站流量；
2、学习分析和总结竞争对手的SEO方法，并合理运用，不断提高网站的SEO效果；
3、学习了解结合流量统计工具制作分析报告并提出问题，以支持网站流量不断攀升；
4、通过学习能够独立执行SEO相关工作。
岗位职责：
1、熟悉了解主流编程语言，对建站有一定的了解，拥有站群经验，有操控实操站群经验优先；
2、熟悉了解百度和谷歌的排名规则，掌握一定SEO相关手段，熟悉黑帽和白帽的差别优先；
3、熟悉了解SEO推广手段，了解黑帽手法优先；
4、具有网站前端开发经验，同事对于相关SEO技术有兴趣有理解的优先；
5、懂技术或有一定的技术能力，能够将技术和SEO结合使用；
6、有较强的学习理解能力、沟通表达能力、数据分析能力、团队合作精神。
