Service and Claims Advisor

We are seeking a responsible and customer-focused Service and Claims Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will manage insurance claims and coordinate vehicle repair processes to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

-Process and manage motor insurance claims for accident repairs
-Liaise with insurance companies to obtain timely approval and payment
-Collect and verify required documents from customers
-Maintain accurate records of claims and repair progress
-Assist customers with enquiries related to claims and repair status
-Provide professional customer service throughout the process

Requirements

-Proven experience in administrative or customer service roles, preferably in automotive or insurance industry
-Good understanding of insurance claim procedures
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Computer literate and familiar with basic office systems
-Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
