Service Crew

Responsibilities:
• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks according to service standards
• Handle billing and payment transactions
• Keep dining areas clean, tidy, and well-organized
• Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting
• Follow hygiene, safety, and company SOPs
• Handle customer feedback or complaints politely and report to supervisor
• Support team members during peak hours

Requirements:
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Customer-oriented and teamwork mindset
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• No experience required (training provided); experience is an advantage
