Service Crew

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly, present menus, and take accurate food and beverage orders.

Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally, ensuring correct items and special requests.

Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining areas before, during, and after service.

Set up and clear tables, including linens, utensils, glassware, and condiments.

Assist in the preparation and setup of dining or banquet areas as required.

Respond to guest requests, provide recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.

Handle billing and payments if assigned, following hotel cashiering procedures.

Report any guest complaints or incidents to the supervisor immediately.

Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions.

Assist with food preparation or packaging for take away when necessary.

Process payments and operate POS systems accurately.

Support team members and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

Must possess secondary level; F&B or hospitality training is an advantage.

Experience in a hotel, restaurant, or café environment is preferred but not required (training provided).

Pleasant personality with good communication and customer service skills.

Must be prepared to perform work shifts, including weekends, and public holidays.
