Job Description

Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Serve food and beverages according to KAMIGŌ service standards
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organised and ready for customers
- Assist with cashier duties and payment collection
- Support beverage preparation when required
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service
- Follow restaurant SOPs, food safety and hygiene standards
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally
