Service Crew

F&B Service Crew responsible to welcome and seating customers, taking customer orders, communicating effectively with the kitchen team and in addition, memorizing the menu and offering recommendations to upsell.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for facilitating or providing assistance to all customer queries/requests;
To ensure the delivery of consistent and excellent customer service to all guests;
To undertake the general cleanliness of the property;
Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager;
Provide excellent customer services;
Always strive towards best customer satisfaction;
Greet customer and present menus, make suggestions based on customer preference;
Up-sell when appropriate;
Take and serve food/drinks orders;
Arrange table settings;
Keep tables clean and tidy at all times;
Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff;
· Adhere to all relevant Health Department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines; and

· Performs other related duties to benefit the mission of the organization
