Service Crew

Requirements
-Mandarin speaking is required to liaise with management from China.
-High willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
-Good communication skills.
-Previous F&B experience is a plus but not required (training provided).

Responsibilities
-Greet and guide customers to their KTV rooms.
-Serve food and beverages with a friendly attitude.
-Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of KTV rooms before and after use.
-Restock supplies as needed.
-Assist in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
-Liaise with the management team from China in Mandarin.
-Report any customer feedback or operational issues promptly.
-Participate in training to improve service quality.
