Service Crew (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities:
-Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner.
-Take customer orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
-Communicate clearly with Mandarin-speaking customers to ensure accurate order taking and customer satisfaction.
-Assist in food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining hygiene standards at the workplace.
-Handle customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints politely and efficiently.
-Ensure tables, counters, and work areas are clean and organized at all times.
-Support team members to achieve smooth daily operations.
-Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Requirements:
-Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Energetic, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
-No experience required — training will be provided.
-Candidates with prior experience in F&B or customer service will have an advantage.
