Service Crew (Non Hala)

Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification.
-No prior experience is required as this is an entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Able to provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
-Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
-Possess strong communication skills in basic English and Mandarin to interact with diverse customers and team members.
-Exhibit leadership potential and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
-Able to work long hours
-Able to work weekend and public holiday

Responsibilities
-Greeting and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
-Take customer orders accurately, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
-Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors, ensuring a pleasant dining environment.
-Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Process payments accurately and efficiently, using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
-Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, communicating any special requests or dietary restrictions.
