Service Crew 服务员 (Pearl Point / Puchong / SS2)

Job Summary / 职位简介

The Service Crew is responsible for supporting the daily front-of-house operations of the outlet. Team members will receive training and rotate between different workstations according to operational requirements.

餐厅服务员主要负责门店日常楼面营运工作，并根据门店的营运需求，接受培训及轮替不同岗位。

Key Responsibilities / 主要工作职责

1. Food Pass & Order Preparation / 出菜口及餐点准备

Assist with serving orders and ensure that all food items are complete and accurate.

Add the required garnishes, condiments and side items according to company standards.

Prepare and pack condiments for dine-in and takeaway orders.

Keep the food-pass area clean, organised and orderly.

Coordinate with the kitchen and service team during peak hours to ensure smooth and timely food service.

协助餐点出餐，并检查所有餐点是否完整及准确。

按照公司标准添加指定佐料、配料及餐具。

准备及打包堂食与外卖订单所需的佐料。

确保出菜口保持清洁、整齐及有秩序。

高峰时段配合厨房及楼面团队，确保出餐顺畅及时。

2. Cashier / 收银

Take customer orders and process payments.

Handle cash, electronic payments and other accepted payment methods.

Ensure that order and payment details are accurate.

Keep the cashier counter clean and organised.

Provide basic customer service and respond to simple customer enquiries.

为顾客点单及处理付款。

处理现金、电子支付及其他公司接受的付款方式。

确保订单及付款资料准确无误。

保持收银区域清洁及整齐。

提供基本顾客服务，并回应顾客的一般询问。

3. Beverage Station / 水吧

Prepare beverages according to company recipes and standards.

Prepare the ingredients, materials and supplies required for beverage production.

Keep the beverage station clean and organised.

Maintain beverage quality and ensure timely preparation.

按照公司配方及标准制作饮料。

准备制作饮料所需的材料及用品。

保持水吧区域清洁及整齐。

确保饮料品质，并维持良好的出品速度。

4. Dining-Area Service / 楼面服务

Clear and clean tables after customers have finished dining.

Keep tables, chairs, floors and dining areas clean and tidy.

Assist customers with seating and respond to their basic needs.

Proactively support other workstations during busy periods.

清理及整理顾客用餐后的桌面。

保持桌椅、地面及用餐区域清洁整齐。

协助顾客入座，并提供基本服务及回应顾客需求。

繁忙时主动支援其他工作岗位。

5. Cleaning & Hygiene / 清洁与卫生

Perform daily general cleaning duties within the outlet.

Clean and maintain the cleanliness of the toilets.

Wipe tables, sweep and mop floors, and organise work areas.

Ensure that the outlet remains clean, tidy and compliant with hygiene standards.

负责门店日常基本清洁工作。

清洗厕所并保持厕所卫生。

抹桌、扫地、拖地及整理工作区域。

确保门店整体环境干净、整齐，并符合卫生标准。

6. Teamwork & Compliance / 团队配合与遵守规范

Complete daily duties assigned by the Outlet Manager or Supervisor.

Proactively assist other workstations and team members.

Participate in job training and learn the duties of different workstations.

Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards and outlet rules and regulations.

根据店长或主管的安排完成日常工作。

主动协助其他岗位及团队成员。

接受岗位培训，并学习不同工作区域的职责。

遵守公司标准作业程序（SOP）、卫生标准及门店规章制度。
