Service Crew

Qualifications
-Preferably with previous service crew experience.
-Fresh candidates with a positive learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
-Friendly, polite, and comfortable interacting with customers.
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions.

Job responsibilities
-Welcome and attend to customers; assist with orders.
-Follow SOP for customer service:
*Greeting customers
*Taking orders
*Serving food
*Preparing cutleries
*Clearing and cleaning tables
*Handling payments
-Promote new menu items and provide accurate product information.
-Upsell selected menu items as required by management.
-Assist customers in need, including elderly guests and families with young children.
-Handle delivery orders: pack accurately, monitor rider pick-up, and ensure smooth handover.
-Answer phone orders and arrange delivery when needed.
-Support opening duties: table setup, menu arrangement, and preparation.
-Support closing duties: cleaning floors, counters, washroom, and general area upkeep.
-Perform dishwashing duties on a rotation basis.
-Carry out any other tasks assigned by management.
