Service Crew

Responsibilities:
-Deliver top quality and friendly customer service·
-Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are kept up to standards·
-Input orders into the POS and process payments accordingly·
-Handle overall operations and reports to submit·
-Attend to customer’s concerns and complaints professionally to resolve issues according to the companies’ policy·
-Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations·
-Prepare and serve a range of premium wine, beer & spirits and non-alcoholic beverages·
-Possess good knowledge and understanding of the menu and be able to make recommendations

Job Requirements:
-Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
-Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
-Willing to learn and enjoy meeting people
-Be able to communicate with customers in English or Mandarin
-Punctual and discipline.
-Demonstrate positive attitude and willingness to learn
-Required to work on weekends and public holiday
