Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
• Assemble parts & system according to the design from electrical & mechanical engineers.
• Service, troubleshoot, and debug customized electronic systems.
• Manage customer change requests and feedback by responding promptly, communicating clearly, and following up until resolution.
• On-site Support for Customer Setup and Installation.
• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of workshop & tools in warehouse.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation systems, addressing electrical and mechanical issues both in-house and onsite.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality requirements and company SOPs.
• Generate reports and conduct analyses for all activities and work performed.

Job Requirements:
• Min Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Preferably 1–2 years of relevant working experience, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

• Able to work independently, self-motivated, have good communication skills and strong problems solving skills

• Willing and able to work at irregular hours when required
• Willing to travel and work outstation or overseas when required
